Strong Pregnancy to Strong Postpartum
Pregnancy, postpartum, or the bridge between both
Home gym or full gym, adjusted as your body changes
Fuel the pregnancy, keep the muscle, skip the fads
NASM Certified Personal Trainer and certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism Coach
You know the research. You still can't find a plan that fits you.
It's not a discipline problem. You already show up. It's a plan problem: nobody built one for a strong woman going through pregnancy and postpartum.
Generic plans treat every pregnancy the same. Yours isn't.
You came in with a training history, a demanding job, and a body that changes every few weeks. A program built for everyone can't adjust to that, so you end up doing too little, doing the wrong things, or quitting.
What usually doesn't get you there
- Generic pregnancy and postpartum programs. Built for beginners, not for someone who already lifts.
- Group classes like CrossFit, F45 or Orangetheory. Nobody is adjusting the work to your trimester or your pelvic floor.
- Free influencer workouts and Pilates alone. Movement, but not the progressive strength that builds definition.
- 75 Hard, keto and shakes. Restriction that fights your recovery instead of fueling it.

We look at your training history, how far along or postpartum you are, and any core or pelvic floor symptoms.
Train strong by stage

Deep core and pelvic floor
Breathing, core and pelvic floor work woven into every phase to support diastasis recti and symptoms.

I work with a specific woman
This is for you if
- You're a doctor, nurse, nurse practitioner, pharmacist, dentist or other medical professional
- You're 30+ and pregnant, planning, or postpartum, first baby or not
- You already exercise or have a history of strength training
- You want training that meets you where you're at in your professional life and your stage of pregnancy or postpartum
- You want accountability. You make enough decisions between home and the office, and this is the one area where you just want someone to tell you what to do and when
- You're ready to commit to 6 months
This is not for you if
- You want a quick fix or a crash diet
- You're looking for a free workout PDF
- You want to be told what you can't do instead of how to do it well
- You're not willing to follow the plan when life gets busy
Hi, I'm Cassie
I'm a former college swimmer, an oncology clinical pharmacist with my PharmD, and a mom of two boys.
I'd strength trained for years and was afraid pregnancy would undo all of it. So I built a home gym before kids and kept lifting through both pregnancies.
Pregnancy turned out to be a catalyst for my fitness, not a setback. I'm CPT and Pre and Postnatal Certified, and now I coach women in medicine to have the same experience, with the evidence behind every choice.

Questions women in medicine ask me
Is it safe to keep lifting while pregnant?
For most women with an uncomplicated pregnancy, the research supports staying active and strength training. You keep your provider in the loop, and your plan adjusts as your pregnancy changes. If something comes up, we change the plan.
I work 12 hour shifts and take call. Will this fit?
That's exactly who I built it for. Your training is planned around your real schedule, home gym or full gym, and adjusted when a week falls apart.
I'm postpartum, not pregnant. Is this still for me?
Yes. Postpartum clients get a clear plan to rebuild core and pelvic floor function, get back to heavier lifting and build visible muscle again.
I have diastasis recti or pelvic floor symptoms. Can you help?
Deep core and pelvic floor work is the focus of how I coach. This is coaching, not medical treatment, so if you need pelvic floor PT, keep it. We train alongside it.
I've never had a coach. Why not just use a free program?
Free programs can't adjust to your trimester, your symptoms or your job. You already know how to work hard. What you need is a plan that changes with you.
What happens after I apply?
I read your application personally. If it looks like a fit, I'll reach out to set up a short call to talk through your goals and your 6 months.
